Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Trowell Services. You’ll be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and guiding team performance to keep the unit running smoothly each day.

You’ll champion Costa Coffee standards, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain food safety, health & safety and compliance at all times. The role offers development opportunities, funded qualifications and a bonus scheme up to £3,445 annually, plus pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

Supervisor - £27,700 - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You’ll Bring To Us

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
