Job summary

Moto is hiring a Supervisor at Trowell Services to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and upholding brand standards. You will help keep the unit running smoothly every day, serving high-quality beverages and delivering exceptional service within the nation’s favourite coffee shop.

The role offers a salary of £27,700 for 40 hours per week, plus an annual bonus and generous staff benefits, with clear development paths into management.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll bring to us:

Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
