Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor at Southwaite Services on the M6 near Carlisle to lead shifts and support the Store Manager in delivering fast, friendly service. You’ll be the strong right hand, role modelling Costa’s values while maintaining food safety and high standards as busy periods demand.

You’ll guide a team, develop talent through funded qualifications and everyday coaching, and help drive continuous improvement while keeping the unit running smoothly and engaging customers on every visit.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.

Supervisor, £27,707 per annum, Part time or full time HoursAddress: Southwaite Services, M6, Broadfield Road, Carlisle CA4 0NTAs a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation's favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
