Job summary

Costa Coffee in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Team Leader to manage 30-hour weekly shifts, with flexibility across Monday to Sunday. Location dependent pay ranges between £13.75 and £14.75 per hour, plus store perks and a free car park.

You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift and help shape great guest experiences. As a Team Leader you’ll train and coach Baristas, energise the team and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.
