Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Winchester Services, M3, Shroner Wood, Winchester SO21 1PP. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts, delivering exceptional service and maintaining safety standards while representing the brand.

The role offers a £30,000 annual salary for a 40-hour week, with development opportunities, pension and enhanced benefits, plus a generous annual bonus and staff discounts across partnered brands.

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.
