Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Exeter Services is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead shifts, support the Store Manager, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll be the brand ambassador for Chopstix within this busy rest stop, delivering warm service and maintaining high standards.

Supervisor - £27,700 - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium Pan-Asian restaurant brands, serving Chopstix's range of high-quality, freshly prepared stir-fried noodle and rice boxes, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
