Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Supervisor at Leigh Delamere Services to lead shifts, manage daily operations, and drive excellent customer service. The role sits at a high-traffic service area, delivering Pret’s premium range of wraps, coffee and fresh foods while maintaining brand standards and a safe, efficient environment.

You will be a strong teammate, ready to step in for the Store Manager, with opportunities for development and progression within the business.

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium fresh food and coffee brands, serving Pret's range of high-quality, freshly prepared wraps, baguettes and organic coffee, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You’ll Bring To Us

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
