Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for the Burger King restaurant at Burton Services. This full-time role involves leading shifts, delivering excellent guest service and upholding food safety and brand standards during busy periods.

You will be a strong brand ambassador, coaching colleagues and supporting the Store Manager to keep the unit running smoothly every day. Salary £27,700 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

Supervisor - 40 hours per week - £27,700pa

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You’ll Bring To Us

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
