Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member to join our Chopstix service area at a rest stop location in Exeter. The role offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on friendly customer service, preparing hot food and maintaining brand standards throughout shifts.

The successful candidate will work 21–28 hours per week, with weekly pay and opportunities for development and benefits such as discounts and bonus pay notes. Apply to join a supportive team delivering memorable experiences.

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.

• Producing a range of hot food throughout the day.

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Keeping workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of teamwork.
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Helping prepare the kitchen for the following day.
