Job summary

Moto, a leading motorway services operator, is seeking a Supervisor to support the Store Manager at Burton Services on the M6. You will lead shifts, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations within the Burger King unit.

You’ll motivate the team, monitor safety and quality, and drive guest satisfaction while embracing flexible working patterns. The role offers development opportunities and a competitive package.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
