Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Leigh Delamere Services, M4, Chippenham, Wiltshire. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and helping to keep the unit running smoothly each day.

You will champion Pret’s high-quality food and service standards while delivering a great customer experience. This role offers development opportunities, an annual bonus, and staff discounts as part of our enhanced benefits package.

Supervisor - £28,500 pa - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium fresh food and coffee brands, serving Pret's range of high-quality, freshly prepared wraps, baguettes and organic coffee, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
