Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for a Chopstix at Reading Services on the M4. The role offers a £28,500 annual salary for 40 hours per week and includes development opportunities while representing the brand with pride.

As the strong right hand to the Store Manager, you will lead shifts, drive high-energy service, ensure safety and compliance, and focus on delivering a memorable guest experience across peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

Supervisor, £28,500 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium Pan-Asian restaurant brands, serving Chopstix's range of high-quality, freshly prepared stir-fried noodle and rice boxes, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
