Job summary

Rituals is seeking a front-line boutique assistant to guide customers from browsing to purchase, delivering standout service and expert product knowledge.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, set a positive example for teammates, and handle complex questions with confidence while keeping the shop operations smooth. Training and adherence to Rituals’ standards are expected.
