Rituals Cosmetics in Norwich is looking for a supervisor-level retail colleague who loves guiding customers from browse to purchase and keeps the boutique running smoothly. You will lead by example, hit performance targets, train teammates, and stay up to date with product stories during training and workshops.

You are available evenings and weekends, maintain a high standard of service, and bring a confident, detail‑oriented approach with a friendly, brand‑driven vibe.

Qualificações

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
