Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking a confident, customer‑focused team member for a 9‑month maternity cover in our Newry boutique. You’ll guide customers from browsing to buying and help keep the shop running smoothly during evenings and weekends.

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck and you help them master the Feel‑Good Experience.
