Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland in Lincoln is seeking an energetic supervisor-level retail professional who delivers exceptional customer service and helps customers find the right items.

You will drive sales, support teammates, handle complex questions, maintain store standards, and participate in product training. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Strong track record hitting sales targets and coaching others.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
