Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is hiring a Supervisor at Bristol Temple Meads Station (Starbucks). This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with flexible shifts between 5:00am and 10:00pm, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Lead your team through busy periods, ensure excellent customer service, manage opening and closing duties, and keep operations running smoothly. Hospitality or retail leadership experience is essential; Starbucks familiarity is a plus.

• 18+ to perform certain shifts
• Flexibility to work across weekdays/weekends/bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing and daily operations.
• Lead your team through busy shifts with high energy.
• Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Experience managing/leading a team in busy hospitality or retail; Starbucks experience preferred.

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour

We have Part Time(20hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 5:00am to 10:00pm Variable shifts working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisorrole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

About The Supervisor Role

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience managing/leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail essential, Starbucks experience preferred.
