Job summary

SSP is seeking a part-time Supervisor in the United Kingdom. Pay £13.61 per hour, with an extra £1.50 for hours worked between midnight and 6:00am.

The role is 16 hours per week, with shifts across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays, and a 5:00am to 10:00pm operation window. Lead a busy hospitality team, open and close venues, guide service quality, handle on-the-spot problem solving, and drive guest satisfaction.

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older for certain shifts and tasks.

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour (+ an extra £1.50 for hours worked between midnight & 6:00am)

We have Part Time(16hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 5:00am to 10pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail.
