Job summary

SSP Starbucks at Norwich is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead a busy hospitality team across opening, closing, and daily operations. You’ll energise the team, ensure top customer service, and help maintain high standards throughout busy shifts.

The role requires strong leadership experience in fast-paced settings, flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to delivering great results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Available for full-time shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations.
• Lead your team through busy shifts with energy and a positive atmosphere.
• Inspire the team to deliver great customer service and handle queries from customers and team members.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements across shifts.
• Mentor colleagues and respond to customer and team needs in real time.

Hours of operation are 5:30am to 7:30pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal
