Job summary

SSP is seeking a Supervisor for BrewDog at Waterloo Station. Earn £14.25 per hour, with full-time shifts (30-40 hours) across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Opportunity to lead a busy team, deliver excellent service and gain leadership experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality moves fast; leadership and impact on daily service.
• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks or shifts.
• Experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality is desirable, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and handle queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Work hands-on with the team during busy shifts to keep service running smoothly.
• Support day-to-day tasks across the unit to maintain smooth operation.
• Keep the team organized, motivated and focused throughout the shift.

SUPERVISOR - BREWDOG, WATERLOO STATION

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour, Full Time(30-40hrs)roles available.

Shift times between 8 am and 11:30. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Supervisorrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is desirable for this role, but not essential. We are happy to train you. Personality is what counts!
