Job summary

SSP Starbucks in Norwich is hiring a Supervisor for full‑time shifts (30 hours per week) across weekdays, weekends and holidays. You will lead busy teams, deliver great service and help create an energetic store atmosphere in iconic locations.

We want hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments, with a focus on excellent customer care, problem solving and team development. Benefits include staff discounts and award-winning training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail.
• Ability to deliver great customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Comfortable working across a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing and daily operations.
• Lead your team through busy shifts and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and handle queries.
• Monitor unit performance and drive improvements.
• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail is ideal.

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 5:30am to 7:30pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Work with iconic brands like M&S, Burger King and BrewDog in some of the busiest locations across the UK & Ireland. ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal
