Job summary

SSP is hiring a Supervisor at Bath Station (Starbucks). The role offers part-time hours (8 hrs) with a base pay of £13.61 per hour and a night premium of £1.50 to £15.11 per hour for eligible shifts. Hours are 5am–8pm, with flexible coverage across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

You will lead hospitality teams, ensure great service, handle daily operations, and support energy and customer satisfaction at busy locations across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or shifts.
• Experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal; previous Starbucks or cafe experience also required.

Responsibilities

• Take opening, closing, and daily operations ownership while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead teams through busy shifts, maintaining high energy and a positive atmosphere.
• Inspire the team to deliver great customer service and act as the go-to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous leadership in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal and preferred.

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour ( + you will earn an adiditonal £1.50 for hours worked between midnight & 6:00am taking your hourly rate to £15.11)

We have Part Time (8hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 5am to 8pm Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal. Previous Starbucks or cafe experience also required
