Job summary

SSP Group plc is hiring a Supervisor at BrewDog, Waterloo Station. The role involves opening/closing responsibilities, guiding the team through busy shifts, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will work with iconic brands in busy locations across the UK, with opportunities for tips and service charges. Training and development programs are offered to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality is desirable but training is provided.
• Ability to lead by example during busy shifts and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Support with day-to-day tasks to keep service running smoothly.
• Help your team stay organized, motivated and focused throughout the shift.

SUPERVISOR - BREWDOG, WATERLOO STATION

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour, Full Time(30-40hrs)roles available.

Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge *

Shift times between 8 am and 11:30. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is desirable for this role, but not essential. We are happy to train you. Personality is what counts!
