Job summary

SSP is seeking a Supervisor for the Manchester Victoria Station area, with hourly pay of £13.61 and part-time hours (16hrs). The role requires leading a busy team, opening and closing duties, and delivering excellent customer service across flexible weekday/weekend shifts, including holidays.

Previous hospitality or cafe leadership experience is ideal, and Starbucks familiarity is preferred. You will work within iconic brand environments and contribute to a fast-paced, energetic workplace where

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Ability to open/close and manage daily operations.
• Strong focus on delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous Starbucks or cafe experience is preferred.

SUPERVISOR – MANCHESTER VICTORIA STATION, STARBUCKS

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour.

We have Part Time (16hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 6am to 10pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Work with iconic brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog in some of the busiest locations across the UK & Ireland. ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Duty Manager role’s got your name on it.
• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal. Previous Starbucks or cafe experience also required
