Job summary

SSP Starbucks in Bristol Temple Meads is hiring a part-time Supervisor to lead busy hospitality shifts. You’ll open/close daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure exceptional customer service across iconic brands like Starbucks.

Shifts run across weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with a 5:00am–10:00pm window. Role requires 18+ years old and experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail; Starbucks experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for queries.
• Stay informed about unit performance and champion improvements.

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour

We have Part Time(20hrs)roles available.

Hours of operation are 5:00am to 10:00pm.Variable shifts working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience managing/leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail essential, Starbucks experience preferred.
