Job summary

SSP is hiring a Supervisor at Manchester to lead a busy cafe operation across shifts. You will open/close, manage a frontline team, and ensure fast, friendly service in busy hours, weekends and holidays.

Applicants should have previous team leadership in hospitality or retail, with cafe or Starbucks experience preferred. The role offers award-winning training and development within a dynamic, customer‑facing environment.

Location and Pay

• MANCHESTER VICTORIA STATION, STARBUCKS Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour.

Hours of operation

Hours of operation are 6 am to 10pm .Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.
• Previous Starbucks or cafe experience also required.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
