Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a dedicated supervisor for busy Manchester venues. You will supervise the floor and staff, act as manager when needed, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves cash handling, promoting offers, and delivering excellent customer service throughout shifts, including late and weekend hours.

Expect responsibilities such as promoting events, serving refreshments, managing change, and ensuring adherence to Challenge 25 and gambling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the venue floor and staff on shift; act as manager in absence.
• Carry a master cash float and support collections and banking.
• Promote offers, events and promotions to customers.
• Provide refreshments and snacks to guests and ensure service standards.
• Handle cash transactions and provide change as part of daily duties.
• Assist with ID checks in line with Challenge 25 and gambling legislation.

Job description

Shift pattern: Monday-Sunday, Mornings, Evenings and Weekends. Full flexibility across the week required, working 5 out of 7 days per week.

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

As a supervisor you will be supervising the venue floor and staff on shift, as well as acting as manager in their absence. Further duties may also include:

• Carrying a master cash float
• Supporting in collections and banking

Alongside the above duties you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. You could be:

• Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
• As a coin based business, handling cash is a big part of our teams daily duties, therefore you will be expected to provide customers with change.

With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.
