Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a night‑shift supervisor to oversee the venue floor and staff, stepping in as manager in their absence. You will deliver excellent customer service and play an integral role in day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities include carrying a master cash float, supporting collections and banking, promoting offers and events, serving refreshments, and handling cash change as part of a coin‑based business.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in hospitality or venue operations.
• Strong cash handling and banking experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and work autonomously on night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue floor and staff on shift, and act as manager in absence.
• Carry a master cash float.
• Support in collections and banking.
• Promote offers, promotions and events to customers.
• Provide refreshments and snacks to customers.
• Handle cash for customers and give correct change.
• Conduct ID checks as part of Challenge 25 and comply with gambling legislation.

Job description

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

As a supervisor you will be supervising the venue floor and staff on shift, as well as acting as manager in their absence. Further duties may also include:

• Carrying a master cash float
• Supporting in collections and banking

Alongside the above duties you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. You could be:

• Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
• As a coin based business, handling cash is a big part of our teams daily duties, therefore you will be expected to provide customers with change.

With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.
