Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service at our venues. You’ll welcome customers, promote offers, handle cash and assist with opening/closing duties while stepping up to supervisory tasks when required.

Shift pattern is nights: 10pm to 8:30am, four nights per week, weekends as needed. Enhanced rate £13.25 per hour for supervisory duties, plus £1.50 extra per hour for work between 11pm and 6am.

Qualifications

• Flexible to night shifts (10pm–8.30am) and four nights per week, including weekends as required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with cash handling and basic supervisory duties.
• Familiarity with age/ID checks and responsible gambling guidelines (Challenge 25).

As a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you’ll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
