Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a hands-on venue supervisor to manage floor operations and staff across a 7-day cycle. You will oversee shifts of 4 x 8 hours, ensuring high standards of service and smooth day-to-day running.

Night shifts include an extra £1.50 per hour between 11pm and 6am, and you will handle cash, assist with promotions, and ensure compliance with gambling rules and Challenge 25 policy.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a venue or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Cash handling and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise venue floor and staff on shifts; act as manager in absence.
• Carry a master cash float and assist in banking/collections.
• Promote offers, events and services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Challenge 25 and gambling legislation and ID checks.

Job description

Shift pattern: 4 x 8 hour shifts over a 7 day period. Full flexibility required.

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

As a supervisor you will be supervising the venue floor and staff on shift, as well as acting as manager in their absence. Further duties may also include:

• Carrying a master cash float
• Supporting in collections and banking

Alongside the above duties you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. You could be:

• Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
• As a coin based business, handling cash is a big part of our teams daily duties, therefore you will be expected to provide customers with change.

With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.
