Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Wales seeks a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and help venues run smoothly. While mainly assisting customers, you’ll step up to supervisory duties when required, earning an enhanced hourly rate.

Shift pattern is three nights per week including weekends, from 9:30pm to 8:00am. Enhanced pay includes £13.25/hour for supervisory duties and an extra £1.50/hour for hours between 11pm and 6am.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is required.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Some supervisory experience or willingness to supervise shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to create a great experience.
• Promote offers, events, and new games.
• Handle cash and provide accurate change.
• Serve refreshments and keep the venue clean and welcoming.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and supervise the team when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Challenge 25 and gambling legislation.

Additional: £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am
