Job summary

White Bear theatre pub is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will mentor and coach the team, manage shift coverage, and uphold high standards of hospitality in a historic London venue.

You will be responsible for training staff, maintaining safety and service quality, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patrons in a busy pub environment. This is a hands-on leadership role within our team.

Steeped in history, the White Bear theatre pub has been on this site since c.1780, serving great beer and ales. After an impressive refurbishment in 2016, the White Bear’s interior is a stunning blend of traditional charm and modern design, complete with an eclectic collection of artwork and bric-a-brac.

You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
