Young's in Tunbridge Wells (The White Bear) is seeking a Supervisor to help deliver outstanding hospitality and lead shifts with confidence. You will train and develop the team, uphold service standards, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

You’ll be a friendly, proactive team player, with a passion for seasonal British food and craft drinks, and you will thrive in a busy pub environment, taking responsibility as a key holder when needed.

• Lead shifts safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth operation
• Train and develop team to deliver high-quality guest service
• Build rapport with guests and staff to sustain pub success
• Hold key holder responsibilities and act as a shift supervisor when needed

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver

rapport with our customers and our team to continue
the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to
ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts
safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their
career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing
development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
