Job summary

The White Bear, part of Young's Pubs in Royal Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a Supervisors to drive excellent guest experiences and lead daily operations. You will train staff, manage shifts, and uphold outstanding hospitality in a friendly pub setting.

You will be passionate about people, presentable and fluent in English, with a genuine desire to grow within hospitality through ongoing development and support from the brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to train and develop team members.
• Ability to lead shifts safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Train and coach team to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Maintain safety and security procedures during the shift.
• Contribute to a positive and social team environment.

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
