Young's Pubs is seeking a Supervisor for The Chequers in Walton-on-the-Hill. You will lead shifts, ensure high standards of service, and train staff to delight guests. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining the pub's welcoming atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be passionate about training teams, handling responsibilities as a key holder, and driving the pub's success through guest satisfaction and teamwork. A dog-friendly, community pub setting awaits.

Qualifications

You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
