Job summary

The Hollywood Arms in London is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead shifts, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and help train a friendly team across front-of-house operations.

As a key holder, you will ensure smooth service, maintain standards, and contribute to a positive, welcoming pub atmosphere with staff meals and incentives for the team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to train and develop team members to meet service standards.
• Reliable and capable of leading shifts safely as a key holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house shifts and ensure smooth service flow.

The Hollywood Arms has been a landmark of the Chelsea streets for over 150 years, with famous artists, musicians & socialites of London as part of the regular, much-loved locals. The Hollywood Arms is a truly well-established place to be seen & work. As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
