The Spotted horse in Putney is a bustling high street pub offering great British seasonal produce from brunch to dinner. We are seeking a proactive Supervisor who can lead shifts, coach the team, and take charge of our social media presence to grow our online following.

You will be passionate about hospitality, deliver excellent guest service, and be committed to developing our team through training, while enjoying the rewards of a supportive employer with flexible career pathways.

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.

We are also looking for a strong background or genuine passion for social media and taking the lead of our social media presence, creating engaging content and helping us grow our online following.
