Job summary

The Fellow in North London near Kings Cross is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our busy pub team. You will lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service and train colleagues to uphold our high standards of hospitality.

As a trusted key holder you’ll help open and close, support the bar and floor service, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient guest experience that keeps customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and guest relations.
• Ability to train and develop team members to uphold service standards.
• Experience leading shifts and managing a small team in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise front-of-house operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Train staff to maintain high hospitality standards and product knowledge.
• Act as a responsible key holder to open/close and oversee nightly operations.
