Job summary

The King’s Head in Winchmore Hill is seeking a professional and personable Supervisor to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with guests and the team.

You will train and develop staff to ensure knowledge and confidence in serving guests, manage key holding duties, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming pub environment as part of our community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and a passion for guest service.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts safely and effectively.
• Train staff to ensure product knowledge and great service.

You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively.
