Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our food manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment. This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who wants to drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence.

Key Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Oversee equipment operation and maintenance, resolving issues quickly.
  • Enforce health & safety policies to create a safe workplace.
  • Conduct regular line inspections for efficiency and quality.
  • Train and support new staff on procedures and safety.
  • Keep accurate records of production, quality checks, and compliance.
  • Work with QA teams to address non‑conformances.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing processes and suggesting enhancements.
