Overview

Our leading Competition & Antitrust practice advises clients on the full spectrum of competition and antitrust matters we work on some of the largest cartel investigations transactions and competition litigation cases. We also assist clients facing antitrust issues including relating to abuse of dominance commercial agreements / arrangements and compliance advice.

The London team focus on UK work CMA and NSIA matters and competition litigation in the CAT or High Court. We also work on EU and cross-border matters often jointly with our international colleagues.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and hard working Supervising Associate with between 3-6 years PQE with a specific focus on UK and EU Competition law and ideally experience of investigations merger control and FDI advisory / behavioural advice and competition litigation.

What were looking for
  • Strong academic background.
  • 3-6 years post-qualification experience in UK and EU Competition law gained at a leading competition practice.

  • A commercially driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a willingness to assist in the management and development of junior team members.
