A local government authority in Oldham is seeking a Sundry Debt Recovery Advisor to manage the collection of outstanding debts. This role involves proactive communication with individuals and organisations, and the successful candidate should have a strong background in customer service and debt collection. Salary: £25,989 - £28,142 per annum (Grade 3)
Hours: 36.66 per week
Location: Oldham Council Offices, Spindles Shopping Centre, George Street, Oldham, OL1 1HD

You will work within a supportive environment, part of the Accounts Receivable Team. You will be responsible for the collection of money owed to Oldham Council for Sundry Income and Overpayment of Housing Benefits. You will manage your own workload and work alongside Council departments to effectively collect payments for services provided. Full training will be provided.
