Job summary

ALPADIA Language Schools is seeking an Academic Manager for our London Woldingham summer camp to lead the English program and support a team of EFL teachers. You will ensure high teaching standards, manage student/teacher ratios, and coordinate curriculum delivery across all courses.

Paid training will be provided. The role offers an immersive international environment, on-site accommodation, and opportunities to develop in a dynamic, child-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of EFL teaching experience
• Experience with 10–17-year-old students
• Ability to manage a team and multiple priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ensure class staffing meets ratios
• Lead teaching team with daily guidance
