Job summary

Alpadia Language Schools is seeking energetic English Language Teachers for a fixed-term summer contract at our London/Woldingham centres. You will deliver engaging lessons, foster personal and academic growth, and ensure a safe, inclusive camp learning environment.

Paid training is provided, and you will join a supportive academic management team. The role offers a clear development path within a leading international language school network.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 6 qualification and TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent.
• Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Essential: Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Desirable: TEFLQ (Delta, Dip. TESOL) or equivalent.
• Desirable: Prior EFL teaching experience and summer camp context experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure language tuition aligns with ALPADIA curriculum for a camp environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of English linguistic systems and provide models of spoken and written English.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and backgrounds.
• Use varied teaching techniques and resources to maximise learning outcomes.
• Maintain student discipline, safety, and welfare; report concerns to Camp/Academic Manager.
