Job summary

Alpadia London seeks a Camp Manager to lead our language camp for international students. You will oversee staff, safeguarding, and program delivery across academic, language, and activities, ensuring high standards and a safe, inclusive environment.

Based in our Central London centre, the role combines hands-on leadership with administrative duties, budget oversight, and coordination with schools and parents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating summer camps or youth programmes.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and welfare requirements.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: lead and develop staff, conduct training and inductions.
• Student welfare: safeguard and promote wellbeing of students and handle incidents.
• Language programme support: assist Academic Manager with teacher line management and course delivery.
• Activities programme: support activity leaders and ensure varied, engaging activities.
• Welfare, health & safety: ensure policies are followed and safety standards are maintained.
