Job description

Sub Agent – United Utilities Framework

Location: Blackburn or Manchester

What will you be responsible for?

As a Sub Agent, you will be working within the United Utilities AMP8 framework, supporting them in managing the operational resources (people and physical assets) to implement the plan for the assigned project safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and the gross profit.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier’s other H&S policies and procedures.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures.
• Promoting cross‑division work with other members within the LHA to create a one‑team ethos.
• Ensuring all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
• Supporting work relating to financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost and value review with the Commercial Team.

• You hold a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree).
• You hold an SMSTS, CSCS and/or CPCS Card.
