We’re partnering with a design‑led architecture studio with a growing London presence, known for their international mixed‑use, cultural and large scale urban projects. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Studio Coordinator or Studio Manager to support the smooth running of the practice and become the central point of organisation for the studio.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a creative environment, supporting directors, coordinating teams, managing studio life and helping to keep a busy practice running effortlessly day‑to‑day.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the studio operates smoothly, creating a professional, organised and welcoming environment. Core responsibilities include:

  • Front‑of‑house duties: greeting visitors, handling calls and email enquiries, maintaining a warm and professional first impression
  • Managing the studio calendar, team whereabouts and day‑to‑day coordination
  • Supporting directors and project teams with administration, HR processes and documentation
  • Organising meetings, outreach events and presentations, including room bookings, catering and logistics
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, expenses, filing and document support
  • Overseeing office suppliers, maintenance, housekeeping and ensuring the studio meets internal standards
  • Supporting document control and ensuring compliance with studio procedures and ISO systems
  • Helping maintain high levels of organisation, communication and efficiency across the office
About You
  • Experience in a Studio Coordinator or Studio Manager role within a creative or design‑led environment
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure; someone who brings structure and clarity to a busy studio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working independently as well as collaboratively across teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional and reliable manner
  • Comfortable managing sensitive information and supporting HR‑related administration
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); bonus if you have basic Adobe skills
  • Knowledge of ISO processes, quality management or Smartsheet is beneficial
