Unite Group is hiring a Student Experience Team Member to create a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for residents and visitors in the Unite Students brand. You will be the friendly face in the building, supporting residents, handling enquiries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on delivering great resident experiences, working with a busy team, and contributing to a vibrant student community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a busy, varied environment.
• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community
• Respond to maintenance issues, raising requests for resolution
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant
• Support emergency response procedures when required
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems
