Unite Group is seeking a friendly, proactive Student Experience Team Member at Unite Students in Coventry. You’ll welcome residents, handle enquiries, and support day-to-day operations to create a vibrant student community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized and adaptable in a busy environment.
• Team player with ability to support colleagues.
• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
