Job summary

Unite Group, operating Unite Students, invites applications for a Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents and visitors, resolve enquiries, and help run day-to-day operations across the property.

You’ll be part of a vibrant student community, supporting check-ins, viewings, events, and safety checks, delivering a great resident experience with a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a busy environment.
• Confident handling inquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Team player with ability to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Respond to maintenance issues and raise requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards in communal areas.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries and issues accurately within internal systems.
